Peña Pintada is a 19 year hundred mountain house, build of stones with heavy walls, giving warmth in winter and cool atmosphere in summertime. It has got a garden with big trees. The house has got 8 double rooms all with their own bathroom, (7 rooms with doublebeds and 1 or 3 rooms with 2 single beds), a bar with fireplace, a library, a terrace and a viewpoint where you see the Fuenfria valley. The rocks next to the streamriver la Venta has got 5 climbing routes. In our library you can find lots of books and magazines about alpinism beside the universal literature which you can read with a nice glass of wine sitting next to the fireplace.

Cercedilla is an emblematic mountain village. For years it is one of the summer destinations for Madrid. It´s surrounded by mountain peaks higher than 2000 meters with forests with a lot of marked hiking routes. The place of birth for important sportsmen and women, a place where poets, musician and scientist live. The architecture is almost one with the landscape.
